These are our grateful hands making thank you cards. The kids loved the finger painting. After reading one of my emergent literacy books I'm super excited about our family library. So tonight I catalogued all of our books and color coded them by shelves in the hopes that it will help reinforce colors, matching, etc. I forsee myself in a few weeks adding letters so my oldest can match the first letter of the title to the corresponding shelf! I'll have to check in a few weeks to see if my kids think this is as a great of an idea as I do!
